Therefore, driving online applications and sales has always been one of HSBC Singapore's key business objectives. For the competitive online travel insurance business, we engaged clickTRUE to craft out a Search Engine Marketing campaign.
TravelSurance Plus ran a 3-month promotion offering up to 25% discount for online applications. Through Google AdWords, we were able to drive online applications, surpassing previous similar promotions, at a lower cost. The exposure through Google Adwords also pushed web traffic to our product webpages, giving us valuable branding opportunities for online shoppers. On average, we more than doubled our typical monthly applications through the campaign. We are delighted by the results.
