Background
Maybank is the largest bank and financial group in Malaysia. They partnered with Manchester United Football Club and released a MU credit and debit card series that had exclusive privileges and offers.
Challenge
Th number of sign ups for the Manchester United debit and credit cards were low despite existing marketing efforts. As such, the main aim of this project was to increase the sign up rates for this series of cards in particular.
